Jeanette and I spent 15 years improving our property. Our house was small but our garden was the envy of our neighbourhood. Extensive landscaping appeared irrelevant compared with humungous houses in the area.

Mr. Longcroft obtained solid offers from earnest, serious buyers after only two weeks of showing, while a difficult tenant was still living on the premise. During the transaction and closing, Mr. Longcroft was an excellent communicator between the attorney, the architect, the outgoing tenant, the condo board, and myself, while I was living abroad in the United Kingdom. Mr. Longcroft made a potentially difficult and complex sell bearable and understandable. I cannot recommend Mr. Longcroft enough for his assistance during the sale of my condo unit; he is a superb listing agent.

Recently sold my Mom’s apartment at 520 East 72nd Street. It wasn’t an easy sale. My Mom is in her late 80s and is housebound with dementia. So Dominic had to show the apartment with my Mom and her aide in place, often yelling at the prospective buyers. Not an easy situation. Dominic was amazing through all of this. He kept promoting the apartment, was flexible with the situation and always showed my Mom kindness and respect. And best of all…. he sold the apartment!
